About Me.
Hi there, I am Connor. I am a Minecraft Photographer and Renderer. I am still in the process of learning animation, but for the time being I'm sticking to rendering. I have been playing Minecraft for 5 years, and I have played on several different servers, the most one being ItsJerryandHarry's server. My Minecraft username is "Assasssin_Connor", and if you ever see me go ahead and say hello! So, that's enough about me, here's how I make my renders!
Hey look, that's me! ---------> |
How I Make My Renders.
Well, first thing's first, you have to have a software to do so! I started out by using Blender, but soon I found it a little, difficult, sort of. So, I went ahead and got Cinema 4D! I currently use Cinema 4D R14 Studio, which in my opinion is amazing! I use the Frost Minecraft Rig 5.0, which of course is free and can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AvW2kNrj7eo
And sometimes I use the Anishwij v8 Rig, which costs a few bucks, found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mpq_z01kn0o
Anyway, after that, you can start out in rendering! You can go check out some speedarts or some tutorials to get started!
Of course, I do add some Ambient Occlusion and Global Illumination to make it look good, and always set the Anti-Aliasing to "Best" for the best results! Regarding that, render settings are really important as they greatly affect the end result, so be sure to search them up and try and understand the best render settings for good Minecraft rendering!

Special Effects!So, once I've completed the render, added some lighting and what not, and am satisfied with the result, I'd often put a white background behind my renders so that I can put on a background in Photoshop! So, the next step is special effects using Photoshop or any other cool photo-editing software! I use Photoshop CC 2014, which is really good! So, I add some special motion blur, colour-correct the picture and add a background, and the final result will always look amazing if you work hard on it!
So, yeah! That's basically it! Go ahead and check my portfolio if you want to see my work!
